The loan process has four main steps involved in getting a home loan approved. You'll see that I have made your part in them as easy as possible, and at NO COST to you!
Step one: determine how much you can borrow
This is a function of a couple things. How much of a monthly payment can you afford? And given your unique credit and employment history, income and debt, and goals, how much will a lender loan you? You can get a pretty good idea of what you can qualify for by using the mortgage calculators on my website. I will also help you through different scenarios by asking a few simple questions. This approach will provide you whith the best home loan at the lowest possible rate tailored for you!
Step two: pre-qualify and pre-approval for your home loan
This is where the rubber meets the road and you save the most money. You supply information about your employment, your assets, your residence history, and so on. With your permission I will access your credit report and submit your loan via our automated underwriting system backed by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac for an immediate loan decision. Next I will give you a Pre-Approval Letter. Handle it with care -- to a home seller, it's like a suitcase full of cash! Your real estate agent will use your Pre-Approval Letter to make the best offer on the home you choose, and the seller knows you're Pre-Approved. It gives you buying clout! It's always more fun to shop for a home knowing you can buy it because your mortgage is approved. The best part is that it cost you nothing!
Step three: apply now! We make it easy
Now it's time to complete the loan application. There is absolutly NO Cost or obligation on your part! It couldn't be easier, and you can do it online, right here at my secure website. Approval takes only minutes since we are the Lender and again there is NO Cost or obligation. You can go to CustomerLogin at the top of this page and log into your own private area of my wed site. There you can check the status of your loan, make changes to your loan application and send me additional documents using DirectFax.

Step four: your loan is closed and funded
Your real estate agent will work with you to designate an Attorney or escrow/title company to handle the funding of your loan once it's approved. I will coordinate with the Attorney/escrow company to make sure all the papers you will need are in order, and you'll sign everything at the Attorney or escrow/title company's office.
